This article discusses the recent phone hacking scandals in the UK and mentions concern that attorney's have been the subject of phone hacking as well.
As the article states, "
The Law Society has written to the Leveson Inquiry to express its concerns over fresh allegations that lawyers acting for phone-hacking victims have been targeted by private investigators.
Chancery Lane has responded to a report in Saturday's Independent, which alleged that media lawyers Charlotte Harris of Mishcon de Reya, Mark Lewis of Taylor Hampton Solicitors and Atkins Thomson's Mark Thomson have been targeted for surveillance by private investigators working for News International.
Law Society chief executive Desmond Hudson said that this information "adds a new level of concern" to the saga, and that the society has formally raised the matter with the Leveson Inquiry, which was set up in July to investigate phone hacking and media ethics."
