United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team - Vulnerability List

http://ow.ly/5Uuv8

The link above provides information for the U.S. CERT, which analyzes vulnerability of corporate data networks.  The note attached (VU#103425) lists several well known service providers, including certain eDiscovery vendors, whom have been notified of data breaches, through a bug found in the software Oracle Oustide In, which allows unknown users to penetrate security systems.

Is a vendor you use on the list?  Were you notified by your vendor of the breach in security that might have affected ESI that possibly belongs to your firm, or your client?
